The Walking Dead season 7 episode 12 will have a change in the storyline and fans of the series may not like it. Over the years, the series has developed so much and is now focusing on survivors. In a post apocalyptic world, where most of humanity, the series has shifted focus on the politics of the humans.
Negan, played by Jeffrey Dean Morgan, is one of the most interesting characters to make the series thanks to his megalomaniac tendencies. Not only did Rick Grimes’, played by Andrew Lincoln, group lose two of their own, but they are now struggling in the new society. While fans want to see more of Negan and what will happen to the Saviours camp, they will be left disappointed.
The Walking Dead Season 7 Episode 12 Is not Negan Related
The latest trailer of the zombie series will be focused on things that are not Negan related. In fact, it may be introducing more mundane things, like a date for the couple Rick and Michonne, played by Danai Gurira. They are hoping to spend some time together on the road but come across an abandoned fairground. Their curiosity gets the best of them and they explore the area. The bad news is that its running with the undead and put them in danger.
The Walking Dead Season 7 Episode 11
In the previous episode, it focused on Eugene, played by Josh McDermitt, and Dwight played by Austin Amelio. Although Rick is busy recruiting groups to go against Negan and the Saviors, Eugene and Dwight were committing themselves to the Saviours. While it is implied that they have gone desperate and analysis of the episode from The New York Times noted that there could be something more.
Kari Skogland, the episode director, noted that there were plenty of shots that are clues to their real motives. Dwight’s looks of angst and Eugene’s smirks, things that the Saviors couldn’t see, are signs of a double cross. However, this theory may be covered more in the future episodes. Right now, it just seems like they, Dwight in particular, is trying to win Negan’s trust.
The Walking Dead Season 7 Episode 12: No More Negan?
While Negan’s storyline will not be focused on, fans will be relieved to know there is more on the Walking Dead season 7 episode 12. Apart from Michonne and Rick’s unfortunate discovery, Rosita, played by Christian Serratos, is taking a bit of the lime light. No one likes the Saviors and she is getting very frustrated by the group’s inability to take action.
Rosita is not the only one frustrated, many fans are annoyed with how slowly the Negan storyline is progressing. Many want to see his demise, but the creators don’t seem to plan on doing it any time soon. The Walking Dead season 7 airs Sundays at 9/8c on AMC.
