The Walking Dead season 7 will finally give fans the confrontation they have been waiting for. The beginning of the new season was one of the most traumatic after losing two beloved characters. At the time Rick could not do anything, but now it seems like the battle is nearing.

In a world where flesh-eating zombies, there are those who managed to survive it long enough to adapt to a new way of life. Given those that are not bitten do not die of hunger or sickness, zombies are the least of their worries. Rogue factions and groups that are spread out make thing difficult because of the struggle for power.

The Escapee on The Walking Dead Season 7 Episode 11

Negan was not the main focus of episodes 9 and 10 and was on the people of Alexandria. Fans want to see their villain back in action and that is what they will be getting in episode 11. The upcoming episode titled “Hostiles and Calamities” is all about Negan’s camp. Based on the promo and clips of the future episode, it will reveal how Dwight discovered that Daryl managed to escape. Unfortunately, he gets caught and Negan shows how he deals with situations like this. There is no doubt it would be something violent.

The other focus is on Eugene and his struggle to navigate out of the Saviors’ confusing and terrifying compound. Although the synopsis does not explicitly state it is Eugene who tries to navigate. There is no one else inside the compound that is an Alexandrian other than Eugene.

The Show’s Bleak Future Hangs in the Balance After The Walking Dead Season 7 Episode 11

In the previous episode, the tensions begin to rise between those from the Saviors’ Camp and the Kingdom. What was supposed to be a routine drop off escalated into a stand off. This is all thanks to Jared who approaches a Kingdom guard and the fight starts heating up at fists fly. Ezekiel has to call off his men and be diplomatic with the Saviors.

In comparison to the previous episodes, this looks like good news for fans. Things seem to be picking up as tensions are getting higher between the two communities. Now that the initial zombie danger has calmed down, now that they know how to deal with them, the survivors have to survive from each other. Fans may have to get used to the shift in the plot, but hopefully things pick up in the next episodes. The next episode of The Walking Dead airs Sunday on AMC at 9/8c.
