NCIS Los Angeles season 8 episode 15 will be back on TV screens after a break of two weeks. Nevertheless, its returning episode promised an interesting episode loaded with revelations and twists. Titled Payback, the episode will take the audience on a journey with the characters. Fans will witness the characters’ betrayal, torture and reunion.

The synopsis of episode 15 states that a Naval Criminal Investigative Service (NCIS) representative discovered that someone betrayed him. What makes it even worse is the fact that the traitor is someone “he least anticipated.” The synopsis did not reveal the characters’ identities which will be interesting for fans to discover in the upcoming episode.

Payback would see an NCIS team member dealing with betrayal and speculations suggested that this will have a connection with the story of Owen Granger. Currently, he remains in a coma and his state is shrouded with deep secrecy. There are some possibilities that the secret will come out in episode 15. There are theories claiming that Owen might be the traitor of the NCIS group which could be a way to conclude this plot. However, the show runners did not confirm the speculation which means that fans must take it with a grain of salt.

NCIS Los Angeles Season 8 Episode 15: Will Kensi lose her leg?

According to official synopsis of NCIS: Los Angeles, there is a mole in the CIA and he or she will torture a member of NCIS. The synopsis did not reveal the identity of the NCIS member and the perpetrator. However, there are speculations that the NCIS member would be Kensi Blye. In episode 14, Sullivan a.k.a Ferris kidnapped Kensi. Sullivan also held a chainsaw close to Kensi’s leg.

Aside from the betrayal and torture, the series gets more exciting with the appearance of the mole. The mole belonged to a conspiracy that began many years ago with Sullivan in Afghanistan. He desires some payback for the mission that went awry, hence, the episode’s title is Payback. It seems like the teaser showed that he is ready to chop Kensi’s leg as a form of vengeance.

Episode 14 concluded with the revelation that Hetty was the one who orchestrated the arrest of the NCIS Los Angeles team. Hetty framed them in order to protect them. Fans are hyped to see how the team will manage to get out of prison and help Kensi before she loses her leg.
