The upcoming Moto G5 specs were leaked and now techies are trying to get as much information as possible. Motorola used to be at the height of their game when they came out with the Moto Razr flip phones years ago. Now they’re trying to catch up with the rest of the world.
The smartphone industry is competitive and vast. Not only are the premium brands in high demand, but the mid-level and budget-level smartphones are getting a lot of interest as well. It has come to a point where most cellphone brands shifted their focus on creating the next-best smartphone phenomenon.
New Product, New Year
While the likes of Apple, Samsung, LG, and Sony dominate the market. Motorola is not too far behind. The company has seen its hey day and they are determined to reach that success once again. According to Phone Arena, the Moto G5 specs were leaked and there are two sizes available — the G5 and the G5 Plus.
The Plus size will reportedly feature a 5.5-inch 1080p display and a Snapdragon 625 processor. On the other hand, the smaller handset will have a 5-inch 1080p display and a Snapdragon 430 CPU. Other features that the smaller handset will have are LTE, 2GB of RAM and a 2800 mAh battery.
According to Tech Radar, the larger phone will have a bigger battery. There are reports claiming that the new smartphones will have a 13MP primary shooter and a 5MP secondary camera. While there are no images of the Moto G5 available, many suspect it will just be a slightly smaller version of the Plus smartphone.

The G5 will be reportedly priced at $350 and the G5 Plus will be priced at $475. The price is based on previous models and other phones in the market within the same specifications bracket.
