The specs of the MacBook Pro model was leaked and it looks like a Kaby Lake Processor is part of it. The official details of the Apple MacBook Pro update might not become available until June 2017. However, a leak suggested the possible specs of the device.

Consumers are looking for more when it comes to the gadgets they are buying. Tech companies are trying their best to create unique and quality products no one else has yet. Based on the leak reported by WCCFTech, the more efficient Kaby Lake processors will power the next MacBook Pro family..

Apple is expected to refresh the Pro line, as they already did this with the iPhones. It is expected that the company will upgrade the seventh generation parts in order to increase efficiency and add on some enhancements. With the Kaby Lake processors getting the spotlight, the new MacBook Pro line seems to be headed in a good direction.

MacBook Pro Leaked Specifications

Pike Universum, a blog dedicated to Apple products and services, detailed the information found in the MacOS Sierra 10.12.4 beta data. It is noted that newer versions of the MacBook Pro may be released after the newest OS Sierra becomes official. While the information available is only a leak, Apple fans are already impressed with the possible specs of the next MacBook Pro.

The 13-inch MacBook Pro (without Touch Bar) will get an upgrade. The existing Core i5-6360U will be upgraded to to a Core i5-7360U, while the previous Core i7-6660U will replace the Core i7-7660U. It should be noted that the Intel Graphics 540 will be replaced by the Intel Iris Plus Graphics 640.

On the other hand, the 13-inch MacBook Pro (with Touch Bar), previously packed an Intel Core 15-6267U, which will be replaced by the Intel Core 15-72627U. The Intel Core i5-6287U will be replaced by the Intel Core i5-7287U. All the Intel Iris Graphics 550 will be upgraded to the Plus Graphics 650.

Lastly, the 15-inch MacBook Pro (with Touch Bar) that was powered by Intel Core i7-6700HQ, Corei7-6820HQ and Core i7-6920HQ will be upgraded as well. The older cores will get replaced by the Core i7-7700HQ, Core i7-7820HQ and Core i7-7920HQ respectively. The 15-inch version may also get 32GB of RAM, Digital Trends reported.

MacBook Pro Announcement Date

Apple has not released any official news regarding the upcoming MacBook Pro line. However, they may tease some information in the coming months. Most of the specs and features might be revealed in Apple’s WWDC 2017 event in June.
