Karen Gillan was quite busy lately with the filming of The Circle and Tupperware Party. The movie is her directorial debut in Hollywood. While fans are excited to see the actress in her own directed movie, Gillan’s role in Marvel movies still tend to steal the limelight.

Gillan recently confirmed to BBC that her Marvel character Nebula will appear in Avengers: Infinity War. But her filming for the movie was set to take place after The Circle and Tupperware Party and The Jumanji sequel. Finally, the actress has shared an update on her filming schedule.

Gillan revealed that she has left Scotland to film for Avengers: Infinity War in a new photo shared on her Instagram account. Also, the description confirmed she is on a flight to America and wrote “it’s time to go to war” tagging Infinity War. The photo is embedded below.

Karen Gillan Travels to US to Begin Filming for Marvel Studios

The actress was in her home town in Scotland filming The Circle and Tupperware Party. But her earlier update on Instagram revealed that the movie has been wrapped up. It is currently in post-production stages.

Avengers: Infinity War began production on Monday along with Black Panther. Furthermore, actor Dave Bautista confirmed that he will be filming early unlike Elizabeth Olsen and Jeremy Renner. By far, several cast members from Guardians of the Galaxy have been listed to appear in the Russo Brothers’ movie.

In other news, Pom Klementieff has also confirmed her role in Avengers: Infinity War. The actress will reprise her role as Mantis, a new member of the Guardians team. Klementieff will make her debut as Mantis in the upcoming Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2.

Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 is set to hit theaters on April 25. Director James Gunn also shared a score from their recording session. The description confirmed it was the “last day” at the recording studio. The track has been embedded below.
