Arrow Season 5 Episode 10: Who is Prometheus?
Aside from Oliver and Felicity’s struggles, fans are interested with the identity of the terrifying archer. Cartermatt gave out a plausible theory on Prometheus’ identity. There are talks about the possibility of Thea (Willa Holland) being Prometheus.
However, episode 9 revealed that a certain Star City resident might be the “Throwing Star Killer” or Prometheus. There is a huge possibility that this “discovery” was simply used to throw fans off the scent. It is far too early for the program to expose Prometheus’ true identity.
Nonetheless, there’s another particular Star City resident who has all the credentials to be the sword-wielding bad guy. At the beginning of the series, Thea Queen was Oliver’s rebellious little sister who had trouble due to the Vertigo. After five years, she became the Green Arrow’s sidekick Speedy, who is exceptionally knowledgeable and a fast learner.
In those five years, Thea learned that her father was the murderous Dark Archer. She also discovered that her brother was the vigilante called Arrow or Green Arrow. Thea’s boyfriend was also Arrow’s sidekick. She lost her non-biological daddy, her mother, her finest good friend and one of her boyfriends.
At the end of the day, Thea had been through heartaches than anyone ought to ever have to sustain. The majority of that heartache began when her sibling returned to town as the Arrow. She remained close to Oliver , but it is possible that she blames him for all her misfortunes.
Moreover, Thea is no longer a part of the team. Most noteworthy is the fact that Thea and Prometheus were never seen in the same scene. This fact fueled the theory that Thea could possibly be Prometheus.
